Castle concerts
The Salzburg Fortress Concerts are among the largest chamber music concert series in the world. Their special atmosphere is based on the performance venues in the Golden Hall and the coat of arms and castle hall of the Hohensalzburg Fortress. Concerts with works by Mozart and other great composers are given regularly throughout the year. A concert with dinner can also be booked.

Mozart week
This year’s Mozart Week, which is celebrated every year around Mozart’s birthday, offers great opera performances as well as orchestral, chamber and soloist concerts with top international artists. Easter Festival

marathon
The Salzburg Marathon as well as a half marathon, relay marathon and a fun run take you through Salzburg’s most beautiful corners in May. The start and finish is Mirabellplatz with a view of the baroque old town and Mirabell Palace.
